I use the Self Leadership Model developed by Richard Schwartz as the frame for my work. In everyday language, we all say, “A part of me wants to do this, and another part of me wants to do that.” Self Leadership takes those parts seriously, investigating and working with their concerns. In addition, we all can access a resource within us that provides leadership, if we invite it. It can resolve any personal or interpersonal issue that you face.

Working with these parts and this resource is the heart of Self Leadership whether we do this with an individual, team or a larger system. Using this process, there are no limits to what we and you can achieve. Anything is possible.
